At the beginning of April 2006 we acquired the lease for the ground floor of Victoria House (previously known as the Noble House). At this time the premises were operating as a Chinese restaurant. Our concept was to divide the premises into two distinctively different dining establishments creating a size and style appealing to a wider audience.
Following planning approval, building work and extensive internal decoration the first restaurant; WAVES by the sea was opened in October 2006. The other section of the premises is currently being refurbished and will re-open in the next couple of months as an elegant Chinese restaurant – the internal decoration creating a refined but informal setting.
